Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • babione ببيونة is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • babione ببيونة  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

  • We currently do not ship outside Palestine and Israel . For inquiries about international shipping, please contact our support team.

وقت المعالجة:

  • تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات خلال 3 أيام عمل (باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية) بعد تلقي تأكيد الدفع. ستتلقى إشعارًا آخر عند شحن طلبك.

أسعار الشحن وتقديرات التسليم:

  • سيتم حساب رسوم الشحن لطلبك وعرضها عند الدفع.

تأكيد الشحنة وتتبع الطلب:

  • babione ببيونة ليس مسؤولاً عن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب مطبقة على طلبك. جميع الرسوم المفروضة أثناء أو بعد الشحن هي مسؤولية العميل (التعريفات والضرائب وغيرها).

الأضرار:
